My debut album recorded in Iceland with Valgeir Sigurdsson. Released in Norway 2010, worldwide in 2011 on Propeller Recordings.

Christine Henriksen plays the violin and her viola, Katrine Schøtt is playing cello on most of the album, Jørgen Nordby Henriksen is beating the heck out of some djembes and home-made percussion, Einar Stray plays the piano. At home in Norway, Daniel Wold helped us record the rest of the album with Hanna Furuseth playing the violin on Stuck in the Waltz and Erik Normann Aanonsen playing double bass and bass guitar on most of the songs. The album was mixed by Mike Hartung and mastered by Chris Samson at Propeller.

Alright then, things aren't as linear as they might seem. Before I had the courage to release Floriography abroad, we released this EP with two tracks from the album and yet one more that was recorded in Iceland along with Floriography. The remaining song, Moonchild, was recorded in Propeller studios in the summer 2010, and released in Germany and the UK just a month later.

Before we went on tour with Floriography in Norway, we put together a mixtape with all the different side, main and solo projects of the members of my live band. This home-made, spray-painted, hand-wrapped contains music from Espen Haugland Mostøl, Hanna von Bergen, Klang Kollektif, Monograf, Litt, Paraboles Volantes, Therese Aune and Einar Stray, and artwork from Terese Blåklokke and the Uvær theatre project of Maja Larssen.

A cover of the North Norwegian poet and musician Trygve Hoffs well-known "Nordnorsk julesalme" (trans: "North Norwegian christmas psalm). All proceeding from the single will be donated to Trygve Hoff's Memorial Fund. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by Sjur Lyseid at Dragsuget, Oslo 2008.

Homemade and self-released live EP with six songs recorded just before the making of 'Floriography' in 2009. This was the concert where I all of a sudden knew how the album was going to be. Christine played the violin, Ofelia the bass guitar and the cello, Katrine played cello too, Jørgen was drumming and Einar played piano on two songs. Daniel recorded it all. Takk!

Split 12" white vinyl containing Einar Stray's music on one side, three of my songs on the other. I think it's still for sale somewhere, in dedicated vinyl shops and their likes, but haven't seen one in ages. I bet they'll be dead expensive on ebay one day. Listen to Einar's beautiful music here, by the way.

The demos that sparked it all off in 2006, recorded and mixed in Jo Dybvik's bedroom in Harstad. Thank you, Jo, I still owe you one!
